Great Work Doing The Work
The project centered on designing a motivational email campaign that celebrated users’ one-year therapy milestones and encouraged them to continue their mental health journey. To make the design more engaging, I used motion graphics with path animation, adding a dynamic touch that brought the message to life. I focused on creating a clean and cohesive layout that adhered to Talkspace’s updated brand guidelines, utilizing a clear hierarchy and a strong call-to-action to guide users toward reconnecting with their therapists.
Happy Half-Birthday
This project is a re engagement campaign designed to encourage past users to restart therapy on Talkspace. It taps into a special day moment to create a warm personal reminder and pairs it with a strong incentive 150 dollars off the first month using code HALFBDAY plus a quick note that insurance may cover therapy. The goal is to reduce cost hesitation rebuild motivation and make it easy to take the next step by clicking Restart therapy.
Outcomes
A key outcome of my Marketing Design internship at Talkspace was delivering measurable results through strategic and impactful design initiatives. I developed high-quality marketing assets and motion graphics that reinforced brand consistency across campaigns, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement conversion-focused strategies, resulting in a 15% increase in user retention.
Final Learning
One valuable lesson I learned during my Marketing Design internship at Talkspace was the importance of proactively reaching out to the social media team members to understand which marketing collaterals resonate most with the public. By gathering these insights, I was able to make more informed design decisions, ensuring that the creative work was not only visually strong but also strategically effective in engaging the audience.
